  Rivers Edge Products is a wholesale only supplier, but we do make our product line available for consumers via this website.  Retail orders are fulfilled by our dealers via the Shopatron system.

To order, simply begin shopping.  At checkout, your cart contents will be transferred to Shopatron.  At that point you can login into your previously created Shopatron account, or create one to complete your order.

NOTE - Many items on this site are sold by the dozen, full display, etc. only.  If you wish to purchase in smaller quantities, please seek out one of our many stocking dealers.

  To see your Net pricing, simply Sign In at the upper right and begin shopping.  Retail pricing is displayed until you sign in.

If you are an existing Rivers Edge Products customer, but have never utilized this new website, simply click "Create Login" at the upper right.  You will be prompted for your Rivers Edge account number and billing zip code to match you in our customer database.  From there you will be prompted to enter information to establish your web account.  You will only need to do this once, after which you will simply enter your username and password and begin shopping.

Quick Order - available to Dealers after signing in - you will find the "Quick Order Form" link at the top of the page.

Minimum Order
  Online Orders.  Minimum order is $100.  Dealer orders below $25 not accepted.
Orders below $100 will incur an $8.95 service fee.

Phone Orders.  Minimum order is $25.00. Orders between $25.00 - $100.00 will incur an additional charge of $8.95 + freight.

NOTE - Many items on this site are sold by the dozen, full display, etc. only.  Dealer orders received that are below the indicated minimum, will be increased to that minimum at the time of order fulfillment.

Payment Methods
  Credit Cards.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards. 
  Checks or Money Orders.  Personal checks or money orders can be used for those customers that prefer to place their order via mail.

Terms.  We will ship Net 30 days to any account that has been approved. Credit applications take approximately two weeks to process, and we are happy to hold your order until your account is approved. Request a Credit Application here.   If you would like us to hold your order. We will process your application as soon as possible. If you would like your order shipped immediately and you have not been pre-approved, we request that you please pay by VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, or C.O.D. Credit card payments made AFTER an order has shipped will incur a 2% penalty. We will not honor advertising claims without prior written approval.

Shipping Charges & Methods
  Orders less than $1200 will be shipped F.O.B. St. Clair, Missouri, usually within 48 hours of receipt. Orders of $1200 or more will ship freight prepaid within the USA (except Alaska & Hawaii) In most cases we ship by Fed-Ex Ground. All prepaid orders will ship by Rivers Edge Products choice carrier.  No orders will be shipped via Parcel Post (no tracking available).  Actual freight charges will be applied at time of invoice for orders less than $1200.

Free Freight at $1200.  Orders totaling $1200* or more will be shipped prepaid in 48 states. *Additional charges will be added for any additional freight services (lift gate, residential delivery, etc).
Return / Refund Policy
  Our business depends on satisfied customers.  If you have a problem with your order or merchandise, email or call us and we will make it right.  Please do not send any returns to us without prior approval - you must email or call us first. Any order cancelled after processing is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Online Ordering Security
  The secure handling of your Credit Card information is of the utmost importance to us.  We utilize a proven, secure server for handling of your Credit Card information.

Your personal and credit card information will never be given to a third party for any reason. For further safety, your credit card information is NEVER emailed to us, as email is NOT secure. The information is instead stored on a secure server until an authorized Rivers Edge representative accesses it. We recommend that you make sure all of the online retailers you order from are taking the same precautions.

Privacy Policy
  We will not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
