TERMS
We will ship Net 30 days to any account
that has been approved. Credit applications take approximately two
weeks to process, and we will be happy to hold your order until your
account is approved. Please include a list of your credit references
and information if you would like us to hold your order. We will
process your application as soon as possible. If you would like this
order shipped immediately, and you have not been pre-approved, we
request that you please pay by VISA, MasterCard, or C.O.D. We will not
honor advertising claims without prior written approval.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. St.
Clair, Missouri, most within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases we
ship by Fed-Ex Ground. Please specify if you would like us to use
another carrier. Please plan ahead. Orders placed in October and
November will take longer to process.

OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are Monday through
Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM Central Time. We are often in the office before
8:00 and after 4:00, so please feel free to call at any time.

PRICING
Any prices listed are for legitimate
retailers only and are intended for use by merchants with a Tax ID
number. We will attempt to hold prices through December. If this is
not possible, we will inform you at the time of your order.

CASE LOTS
Case lots shown are for your information
only. All items can be ordered in less than case lots.

MINIMUM ORDERS
Our minimum order is $100.00. Backorders
less than $50 will be canceled unless otherwise instructed.
